Anti-ageing routine – 5 steps to a youthful complexion

However, do not use such a peel more often than once a week, as the acids contained in it can damage the skin barrier if used excessively.

It is best to use it when your skin is still slightly damp, so that it can develop its actives optimally.Step 5: MoisturiserTo finish your routine, you should use a moisturising cream with hyaluronic acid both morning and evening. This nourishes your skin intensively, makes it radiant and creates a plumped-up appearance. In the morning, it is also important to use an SPF to prevent further skin-ageing.
