How to create sophisticated eye make-up

Applying an eyeliner requires a little dexterity and good preparation. For optimum results, prime your eyelid beforehand with a primer or a light-coloured eyeshadow. It is particularly difficult to draw the eyeliner line without any smudges during the first few applications.
